"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"Location and setting is amazing, it truly feels integrated with the park it’s set within, and with that comes this great sense of peacefulness which we loved . Staff are super friendly, breakfast/ restaurant is very acceptable and decent dishes, tea and scones are a must try. "Correu bem, deixo apenas dois apontamento relativamente ao sofá da sala, não é muito confortável e quanto ao aquecimento, o apartamento era muito amplo e o aquecimento demorou muito tempo até aquecer minimamente a sala e o quarto ( a janela deixa entrar o ar frio). Uma nota final, o apartamento dizia vista rio, e efetivamente eu tinha vista de um bocadinho de rio, e não frente rio como tinha solicitado (este foi o ponto que mais me desiludiu)."
