"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. However, the property is a gorgeous setting and the buildings are quaint and charming. Our room was very spacious - a bit of noise transfer through the bathroom. Pool area is beautiful! Great breakfast with tons of selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to easily access Cortona. "

"We stayed at Villa di Piazzano as part of our honeymoon and highly recommend it to future guests. The hotel is the epitome of a luxurious, boutique hotel and is easily a 5-star experience. Our suite was spacious and clean with ample bathroom and leisure space. The courtyard outside of our room was very nice. The pool and restaurant were top notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. My wife and I also enjoyed jogging through the picturesque countryside together in the morning. If you are looking for a relaxing and luxurious place to relax in Tuscany - this is the place!"

"Great location. However parking nearby is payable in cash (coins only), and there was no change to be had at the desk. Lovely breakfast. Luggage can be dropped off at the hotel for a short stay before parking elsewhere."
