It is a large STUDIO of 30m2, independent entrance, in a beautiful Provencal villa,
quiet.
Beautiful Diffazur swimming pool, with a submerged beach.
Montauroux is a very touristy hilltop village.
The amount of sunshine is 300 days a year !!!
We are close to many shops, everything is close at hand.
The studio has a sitting area, TV. Bedroom area with 140 bed and wardrobe.
Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hob.
Shower room: shower, washbasin, towel dryer, WC.
Terrace: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol.
Very bright apartment, enjoying a beautiful view of the Massif de l'Estérel.
Closed parking. Non smoking rental for 2 or 4 people. No animals.

Superbe
Nous (un couple et un adolescent) avons passé 2 semaines dans le studio qui dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Le coin piscine et la piscine sont magnifiques avec une vue splendide. Tout y est pour lézarder en toute tranquillité. Le studio est idéalement situé pour visiter toute la côte (Var et Alpe Maritimes). Tous les commerces se trouvent à 5/10 minutes en voiture. Un mot sur les propriétaires, Claire et Michel, qui sont charmants et disponibles. Nous avons passé d’agréables moments en leur compagnie et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Schönes Idyll mit Mängeln
Das Domizil bietet eine gute Grundlage für einen Aufenthalt, der von Kultur, Landschaft und Erholung geprägt ist. Das Studio ist recht klein, für eine Familie, die sich gut versteht und kein Problem damit hat, gemeinsam in einem Zimmer zu schlafen, aber ausreichend. Das Bad hat winzig, da bedarf es bei 4 Personen schon ein wenig Organisationstalent. Die Küchennische ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt über alle wichtigen Geräte (Kaffeemaschine, Kochplatte, Ofen...). Ein kleiner Vorrat an Kochzutaten wäre sicherlich wünschenswert (ein paar Gewürze/ Kräuter oder etwas Öl/ Essig), denn außer einem Salzstreuer war nichts vorhanden, was sonst durchaus üblich ist. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien laden zum Verweilen ein und bieten einen herrlichen Blick über die Berge und Teile des Ortes. Auch ist man dabei völlig ungestört und kann die Ruhe genießen. Der Außenbereich wird insbesondere durch den Pool aufgewertet, welcher regelmäßig gepflegt und von den Eigentümern mit genutzt wird. Leider sind die Fliesen und Platten ringsherum stark beschädigt, sodass man beim Barfußlaufen sehr aufpassen muss. Eine Außenbeleuchtung existiert so gut wie nicht; also vorsichtshalber die Handys oder eine Taschenlampe parat haben. Für uns ein großer Pluspunkt ist die gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen: Grasse, Cannes, Nizza, Saint-Raphaël, Monaco... sowie das Meer sind innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten zu erreichen. Bis zum wunderschönen See sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, für das es einen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück gibt. Auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Eigentümer Claire und Michel sind freundlich und bemüht, trotz Sprachbarrieren Tipps für den Urlaub zu geben. Leider funktionierte das WLAN so gut wie gar nicht, was mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter manchmal etwas schwierig war ;-) Alles in allem können wir das Objekt weiter empfehlen, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt trotz der benannten Schwächen und der teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung.

Magnifiques et incroyables vacances
Claire et Michel sont disponibles, à l’écoute et hyper flexibles ! Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable, dans un studio propre et sympathique, avec une magnifique piscine, une vue à couper le souffle… les villages sont jolis, typiques, à 30min de la mer seulement. Foncez sans hésiter si vous voulez découvrir la région et passez des moments de repos dans le magnifique cadre que propose Claire et Michel ! Merci encore !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Ein Studio mit sehr großer Terrasse und Swimmingpool so gut wie für uns allein. Die Gastgeber wohnen zwar im selben Haus, sind aber sehr sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und dabei immer diskret. Weil das Haus außerhalb der Ortschaft am Hang steht, ist es ruhig und die Aussicht ist großartig.

Idéal pour famille 2/4 personnes
Accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires qui sont très disponibles pour vous renseigner avant et pendant votre séjour. Propriété très agréable et parfaite pour se reposer au bord d'une très belle piscine. Les plus actifs trouveront de quoi satisfaire leurs envies dans la région car la maison est très bien située.
