This charming French holiday home with private swimming pool with Roman steps and springboard is located between Cazals and Villefranche du Périgord. The tennis court is shared with the tenants of one other house (no visual contact and beyond hearing distance). The house is spacious with large bedrooms and a separate dining room besides the dining area. The house features fibre optic cable, so there is super-fast internet. Board games such as Monopoly, Trivia, Carcassone, Scrabble, Settlers of Catan, etc. are available.
On the large grounds around the house, you can enjoy the sun, but also nice shady spots. This is thanks to several fruit and nut trees. Garden furniture and barbecue are available. There's much to experience in the nice area of Cazals. You'll also find a supermarket, bakery, restaurant, tennis court, bank and post office there.
Cazals is a town with that typical French charm. There is a local market with fresh produce, straight from the country. There's a recreational lake with a beach, playground and pedalos for rent. You can also visit Les Arques (6km) with its Zadkine museum and the posh restaurant La Récréation.
In Puy-l'Evêque (24km) you can rent a canoe for a trip on the Lot river. The Dordogne is 27km away. Here are the castles of Milandes (Josephine Baker's) and its rivals Castelnau and Beynac waiting for you, as well as picturesque villages like Domme (26km) and La Roque-Gageac (29km). You can rent bikes in Villefranche-du-Périgord (15km). You can play golf at Belvès (28 km) and Vitrac (29 km).
