What you can't see is that the elevators at the train station don't work, so you have to lug your luggage up and down stairs and past a partially demolished old hotel/apartment building. "Nice hotel, great location, but noisy. This is a great hotel if planning a tourist trip to Milan, but no so good for business. There is nowhere quiet to work in the public areas, and the hotel pipes loud bad music in the corridors during the day making work calls difficult. In addition, the rooftop bar pumps music late into the night which is not good if you are looking to sleep. Breakfast is very good."
