Upon arrival, we had a pleasant checkin. Our Queen room on the 4th floor and was nicely presented and comfortable. We had all our meals in the dining room and were very pleased with the selection and excellence in service. We used the gym and pool which met our expectations. The nicely kept grounds go on and on and we enjoyed our outings each day.

Room was in horrible condition when we checked in . Dirty coffee table, clogged sink and burnt out lights in bathroom. Bathroom was so so small and soooo outdated. The interior or the building ( dining rooms and main lobby ) are in much need of repair . Carpets torn, elevators smashed up. Maid service was not done so had to be requested at 730 pm for new towels . Overall Fairmont seems to have forgotten about this property and how beautiful it used to be.. will not be going back .. however the golf course is fabulous !

An expansive resort with a million things to do! We enjoyed biking, nature trails, two pools, squash, tennis, a games room - all included! The room is spacious and clean. The foyer is so warm and cozy - the pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend for families.

The staff were amazing, the property beautiful, but our room was pretty shabby for the price, wall paper was coming off the walls in several areas, mini fridge didn't work very well, so a second fridge was brought to the room and not plugged in just left in the middle of the room, TV was a little doggy, bed was certainly well worn. For a two night stay at over $1200 you expect a little more.

They're in the process of updating rooms and the property in general. There's a brand new restaurant open, but some of the rooms have not yet been renovated and remain a bit shabby.

For the price it’s a very outdated property. The carpets very dirty, sofas and chairs very dirty, shower drain malfunctions, old sinks and toilet.

The mattress on the bed was quite worn, causing the 2 people to roll into the middle. Obviously we did not sleep very well. It‘s unfortunate a hotel of this caliber does replace their mattress more often. Other than that, great location, staff and service.
