Room service everyday, clean, all kinds of service like taxi, sites ticket and guide and very good breakfast Serv every morning.

Staff was super!!! The room was small but clean and I would only say they should add some hooks around the room to hang belongings and let towels dry. Location was convenient to great restaurants and the Spanish steps.

Amazing stay. The staff really helped us with some things we needed because of our wedding plus the design in the hotel is great. They have nice areas for eating or just sitting and read.

Hotel Memphis is ideally located and serves as a fantastic base for exploring the city center of Rome. The breakfast is extensive, especially when it comes to the Italian "dolci," and the service is personal and very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and soundproof. You won't be bothered by outside noise, despite being in such a central location. Additionally, we were very pleased with the assistance from the reception staff. On the day of our departure, there was a public transport strike, and they went out of their way to help us secure one of the few available taxis, once again demonstrating their excellent hospitality. In short, a place to return to!
