"Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. "

"The property is wonderful with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, even 2 seperate kitchens and plenty of family room space. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"We had a fantastic week in Gaetano’s home, the villa is very comfortable, the pool is amazing and it’s a great location. The air con is a godsend and the house is really well appointed-we loved playing billiards, table tennis and table football! Gaetano speak fantastic English and was really helpful with recommendations etc. He and his wife stay in a smaller property on the same site but this did not bother us at all as they left us to have the run of the villa and complete peace.
