"We booked this room online in a rush and never expected such a beautiful property and nice staff. It was a perfect stay. The rooms are not luxury by the USA standards but totally adequate and very clean. The view and private balcony was unique. We chose to have their set menu for diner both nights. Food was great and they made changes to accommodate our dietary choices. "

"Pro: struttura in posizione strategica, zona defilata e silenziosa, ma a due passi dal centro. Pulita e confortevole. Contro: antipatici avvisi che denunciano però le carenze. Non portare stufette (ma i locali sono davvero freddi), tenere i rubinetti ben strinti (sic) se no gocciolano (magari ripararli?). Zero fornitura minimale (zucchero, strofinaccio, saponetta, un solo rotolo di carta igienica, tanto per fare qualche esempio). Ok le stoviglie. La struttura ha un costo modesto, d'accordo, ma...

"Luca the owner was wonderful. He went out of his way to make our stay will one that we will always remember. His mother was wonderful. They made us feel as if we where staying with friends. They Drove us to the beaches and picked us up and then went out of there way to drive us to the ferry so we could take it back to the main land. Early in the morning. Outstanding. Did I mention the fresh eggs from their chickens. Staying here was outstanding"

"Our family spent three days on Elba and stayed at this property. It's location is perfect, right on main street but very quiet and no cars allowed. Right around the corner from the beach and several fantastic restaurants. I would highly recommend this property."

"Positiv: Das Reihenhaus und der Garten sowie die Lage waren sehr schön. Negativ: Die Wohnung roch schon beim Betreten sehr abgestanden. Sie war dreckig, überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Die Fernbedienungen zu den beiden Klimaanlagen haben gefehlt, sodass man auf einem Stuhl am Gerät die Klimaanlagen einschalten musste. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr mangelhaft, z.B. kein Salatbesteck und keine Weingläser sowie keine Rüstmesser (bis auf 1), sonstiges Geschirr sehr billig. Keine Putzmittel...

"Très bon emplacement à Marina di Campo, L’appartement est climatisé. Il manque seulement d’équipement cuisine ( ni epluche légumes ni tire bouchon, 3 petites cuillères… Très bonne literie. Je recommande vivement cette location malgré le bémol équipement."
