"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . "Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. "We had our wedding at Il Melograno and it was a dream come true! Daniel and Candi gave us the perfect week and wedding day! We are so grateful for them and our memories here. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they have been to."

"We had a lovely time. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is a great rural retreat, not to far from the coast and we were able to get to some very pretty towns and villages relatively quickly. This is certainly a beautiful part of Italy. Hugh was very welcoming and informative. The only downside of our stay was the viscous Mosquitos. If you are prone to being bitten you will need insect repellent on night and day."

Tranquil Escape with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality!

"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back! "

Good location.

"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. We liked this place. Parking was outside the piazza (about 10 minutes walk) but secure, spacious and easy access (with lift) to the square."

Pleasant 2-night stay in Ascoli Piceno.

"The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. So we decided to take the first room which had a large bathroom/walk in shower. The amenities in the room were good although there was a bad smell much of the time. Breakfast was good and the service was pleasant. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We did not use any of the spa facilities. "
