LOFT of 40 square meters inside a large Villa in the hills of Marche just a few minutes from the sea.

Discover this charming holiday home, ideal for a relaxing escape on the coast.
- Pool shared with the owners (1 couple with the baby not always present as they work in the city) for most of the time the pool will be like having it exclusively.
Available from 01/06 to 01/09.
- Right by the sea with splendid views of the beautiful hills of Marche.
- Barbecue, table and chairs in the loggia for outdoor dining.

Outside, this property is a true oasis with a beautiful fenced garden where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. There is a swimming pool open from 01/06 to 01/09, as well as outdoor spaces with sun loungers, umbrella and table and barbecue, perfect for pleasant summer evenings. Relaxation area with outdoor sofas in the loggia.

The Federico Fellini international airport in Rimini is about 30 minutes by car, with connections to numerous European destinations.

Gemäß Beschreibung hatten wir mit einer kleinen Privat-Villa gerechnet, in der wir unseren Urlaub alleine verbringen. Tatsächlich war es dann lediglich ein kleines Appartement in der Villa, das nur unzureichend von der Wohnung der Eigentümer abgetrennt ist. Darüber hinaus befindet sich in dem Haus auf der unteren Etage eine weitere Ferienwohnung (mit eigenem Zugang). Die Beschreibung des Objektes sollte dringend geändert werden, um die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten darzustellen. Wir haben dies auch der Eigentümerin beim Abschied so gesagt. Für diesen Preis hatten wir definitiv eine separate Villa erwartet.

Great Vacation

We have been very lucky in finding this property. The host was lovely and she speaks a perfect english ! The Villa is magnificent a we spent a great week end. We will be back for sure next summer !
