In general the hotel is ok. But, in our room there were some inconveniences that were so good. The first time that we open the shower the water was dirty. The hot water was in the opposite side, to cold water was hot option. There was no tv service, we couldn't see any tv channel. The room was so cold at night and when we turn on the AC to keep warm this one was not working fine. The check in was excellent because we did it before at the hour mentioned.

This Hotel is a tourist attraction in itself. It has its on museum on site that tells the history of its creation from back in 1900’s. This property is truly historical and felt so honored to have stayed and experienced it. Highly recommend this historical hotel.

Mi reservación fue hecha con bastante anticipación e incluso estuve en comunicación con ellos vía WhatsApp. Al llegar al hotel me comunicaron que mi reservación había sido cancelada y que se me había comunicado lo cual NO ES CIERTO. Ya que incluso un día antes recibí un correo de bienvenida. La excusa del hotel fue de que no se pudo hacer cobro previo a mi tarjeta probablemente por ser “extranjera” lo cual es ilógico ya que la he usado en varios países sin ningún problema (incluso en Europa) y por ser tarjeta de negocio, siempre tiene crédito. Mi viaje era por cuestiones médicas, mi estadía era solo por una noche y viajaba sola. Es cierto que ellos me consiguieron otro hotel en las cercanías, pero no fue nada profesional lo que hicieron y muy inconveniente mi viaje. Cabe recalcar que personal del otro hotel me mencionó que Hotel Ancira tiene la mala práctica de sobre vender los cuartos. Si, el hotel es lindo y el personal agradable, pero mi experiencia no fue grata.
