We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful and we had a tub with a view of Cerro de La Silla. The hotel is classy and artsy. We appreciated the shot glasses and bottle of mezcal with a plate of orange and lemon slices over salt and tajin left for us guests to enjoy in the hallway each evening, it was a delightful surprise. Room service was excellent, also the breakfast buffet was great. We had an amazing massage in their spa and enjoyed the spa saunas and jacuzzi, only we wished the jacuzzi and saunas were always accessible to guests. The hotel is part of a nice rooftop park called Trébol Park and it has restaurants. It's also very easy to get an Uber from the front of Trébol Park as well as from the hotel front door and there are more restaurants and there is fashion plaza mall across the street. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first trip to Monterrey, Mexico and we were glad to have selected Aqua for the duration of our trip. The hotel is quiet yet centrally located to shopping and dining just steps away. The staff was accommodating and attentive. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was in good condition. One criticism we have is that the shower is designed to pour directly onto the floor next to the tub.This creates very slippery and dangerous conditions even when using the small mat that is provided. If the rooms are ever redesigned I would recommend enclosing the shower as it created a fall for one of us. One additional issue is the TV does not allow you to sync with Apple devices which would have been nice to have but not critical.Otherwise we were very happy with our room.

Don’t arrive too early! We got there at 6am, on a Saturday. Everything was closed, shopping areas and restaurants. They do offer breakfast buffet for an charge. Our room wasn’t ready, and to do early check in we got quoted $230 on top of our already paid for room of $211. They have a comfy lobby but can be very busy and loud. Staff was eventually able to get us into a room at 11:30 without an extra charge. Room was beautiful, dark comfy and fresh. They were able to empty our mini bar fridge to allow us to put our beer and drinks in. The two shopping areas across the street have plenty of restaurants. The fashion drive mall, is massive, tons to shop. The 18th floor has amazing views of their mountains. Sucks you can’t enjoy the view with food or drinks. For some reason the restaurant has a bad Mountain View, and the bar isn’t allowed to serve liquor drinks after 6pm by government law. Make it there before and you’ll be fine. They also had mezcal tasting, where they just put out a bottle and cups by the elevators on your floor. Wish early check in was more available and they had a pool. But the hotel itself is beautiful and staff is great! Definitely would go back.
