This recently restored, detached farmhouse is 2.5 km with an independent entrance and its own separate garden area. All 3 from the center of Montescudaio, surrounded by fields and olive groves in the immediate vicinity of the Cecina river. The house has 3 apartments, with one half of the house divided into 2 apartments! Each apartment has apartments have been renovated in recent years, the former structure has been revived and you have discovered a beautiful arched ceiling and the typical Tuscan stone facade. The decor is very neat, the Tuscan style was taken into account when choosing the furniture.
