"Property was clean and tidy. Very nice situation in the countryside near a forest. Had a fantastic break. Great little pool and loverly hot tub made hot days and evenings very relaxing and great fun. Beautiful cottage in loverly gardens with everything on hand for a fantastic getaway. We used as a base and travelled to Tours,, Le Mans. Alençon and other local spots. The host Bruno was great and could not be more helpful if he tried which made our break all the more relaxing as we new he was on...

"Super week-end entre amis (nous étions 21), dans une école transformée en gîte de toute beauté.La pièce principale est très grande et fait office de salle à manger, de cuisine de salon et de salle de jeu. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et rien ne manque.Les chambres à l’étage sont d’anciennes classes et presque toutes ont une salle de bain et décorées avec goût. "Nous rentrons ravis de notre séjour à la Garenne. Le soleil fut de la partie mais nous avons été conquis par le cadre verdoyant (grand et beau jardin dont notre avons bien profité), le gîte spacieux et confortable.... It remained cool in the extreme heat of July and had everything I could possible need to live for a month. "Ideal location to break your journey from southern France to the ports in northern France. Stayed a number of times & found the hotel as described, easy to find, ample parking, well located; near major road links, petrol stations & restaurants. Breakfast is nice too. Even has a larger pump behind reception! "

"Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"

"House and surroundings were lovely but wouldn’t sleep 17. We were worried we wouldn’t find enough to do but that wasn’t the case. However, Mele (the nearest town) was a little disappointing as most of the businesses were closed for a few weeks while we were there, in August but we had a lovely stay and the owner was very helpful."
