"Great facilities. Car needed. Beautiful grounds and buildings. Staff a little preoccupied by corporate guests. Service could be better except for lady at breakfast who was excellent, helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay and would go back. "

"Wasn't given details any about when i had to go once i got my room key had to ask like where the lift was. Had to work out my self about the Key card system for lift. But over all ok. Had to report that my bathroom skink was cracked. The next mornings after check in because i did not you the bathroom untill late that night after exsporing paris. Only annoying thing that there was very little water presser. Shower was more of a dribble then a shower"

"The only bad part that I can mention is the room I stayed in had a serious rust smell and rusty liquid down from the door. Otherwise, the hotel's place is great, the bus stops right before the hotel and easy to navigate to the city. The staff were also helpful and kind."

"A lovely Parisian hotel with lots of character yet still modern decor. WiFi excellent and in a fab location for shops, bars and restaurants. Sights are all walkable from hotel. Staff are super helpful and always greet you with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again. "

"J’avais besoin de me reposer après mon accouchement et j ai séjourné deux nuits avec ma grande dans cet hôtel . La Literie est vraiment bien ( et j ai de gros problèmes de dos et cervicales ) , le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et serviable . Le seul bémol est le room service qui consiste en des bocaux sous vide réchauffés mais cela n a en rien entache notre séjour un peu trop court à notre goût , nous y retournerons volontiers quand les beaux jours pointeront car le jardin et les...

"The property was advertised as ‘parking includes’. It is not. We had to pay extra to release our car. And the communications with the owner / company were extremely difficult. We never got the promised call back nor the refund for parking. I won’t be staying there again."

" Check-in was very quick and painless. We arrived late at night but the staff was still friendly and accommodating, even providing suggestions for how to get food even though most places were closed. In the morning Maria was kind and gracious, allowing us a late check-out and storing our bags as we explored the city. We only stayed one night, it they made us feel welcome and valued. Thank you so much!"

"Very lovely hotel, great facilities, well kept, clean. Lovely to spend time in. Check in was a bit of a faf, booking for 5 people was stressful for everyone. The bar area is lovely but can be closed for private functions."

"I really liked this hotel. The entrance and check-in are automated. The information is very clear and simple. It's a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is very nice and clean. Hot water, and a vending machine at the entrance that only accepts cash. Very quiet. Excellent value for money. Recommended."

A clean place with great amenities

"My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was in working order and well maintained. For light sleepers, it is noteworthy that noise level was kept at zero. We opted out of breakfast, but from the looks of it, the area was clean and well laid out. We loved proximity to supermarkets and having a small but functional kitchenette in the room with a sink as well as mini fridge. Our stay coincided with early March when temperatures were still somewhat frigid. One small inconvenience was that thermostat had a set upper limit, which did not allow us establish desired ambiance. However, the ever attentive staff offered a portable heater, which made up for that shortcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation. "

"We had an incredible stay here. It is close to a couple of metro stations, grocery stores, & local places to eat. The staff was very helpful, we are from the States & most of the staff spoke English which was very helpful for us. Everything was very clean. Our WiFi worked well, there are washers & dryers on site (they self-dispense laundry soap) as well as a cute outdoor court yard with a chairs. There was a cozy place downstairs to sit inside as well. We had a stovetop for cooking, toaster, electric kettle, nespresso machine, & plenty of dishes to use. We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it."

"H4 hotel was clean with modern facilities plus great customer service with staff who can speak English. Despite being one of the highly rated rooms, there was no microwave, refrigerator, or pressing iron. I requested for pressing iron and it was delivered to me but was told the room doesn’t come with a refrigerator. "

"Really great stay! I enjoyed it very much indeed recommend this place. It's decently close to 2 really good metro stations and a few places to eat later at night. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. And the jacuzzi was nice. Unfortunately the sauna was not in service during my stay which is sad because i would've really loved it. And good breakfast options as well. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully the sauna is available on my next visit. Oh and the elevator would be in and out of service. Which was also unfortunate but not too bad. But overall i give 8/10. Would be higher if not for those 2 things. "
