"The location is very good, close to the sea side ca. 250m. Only disadventage was no room cleaning."

"Very modern and comfortable apartment. I was surprised at the size of the apartment with room for 3 or 4 Adults. The apartment was overlooking the Altea bay club and was a short drive to Altea town. A car is essential to get around the area with limited public transportation available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend and possibly return in the future. "

"The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it."

"The Altea Sol apartment at Cap Negret is a perfect quiet location. You have facilities at the hotel to use which is very close plus a very good supermarket and bar in walking distance.Although there isn’t a balcony you are over looking the sea and practically on the beach.To walk into Altea takes 20 minutes."

"We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. But it’s uphill so we used the car to go to the beach and town area. Nice quiet center place to visit Altea and Benidorm. Would come back for a longer stay for sure."

"The owners were great at communicating before the holiday but the caretaker Pepe never spoke to or saw during our stay despite calling. His partner would speak to us. Check in very slow-we we’re waiting over 2 hours. Luckily local bars and supermarkets. Great area, plenty of parking on quiet street. Relaxing holiday and loved our stay."

"The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. "The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

The property is located on a steephill, and so a pram or buggy for any under 5s is advisable. The pool is lovely and has sufficient shade, with a very shallow side, perfect for younger children. We had several bbqs, enjoying the glorious sea views and views of Altea old town. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this villa again."

"We loved the hotel but there are no elevators in the main hotel so if you have a lot of luggage it could be difficult. However, the location is just minutes walk to the main downtown restaurant & shops about 7-8 minutes and there are also restaurants just outside the hotel door as well."
