Lake ConRoy Manor is a mini resort to say the least! The house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath, with a 5th bedroom in a cute, cubby loft. Please note the 5th bed/loft is accessed via short wall ladder just inside front door (see pictures).
The home also has a big front porch as well as a nice size screened-in back porch off the living room, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, plus Master BR off kitchen has a private porch. Pool table and dart board are located in front living area as you enter the home, plus a huge kitchen and dining room bar. And our pool table has a custom table top that can be utilized for up to 10 to dine together seating is stools though.
Our Manor Home sits on 5 acres and is completely fenced in, however, please note a portion of the outdoor areas such as the private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, etc. are shared spaces with two other rental units on the property. It's a wonderful private mini-resort experience!
ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
Our properties are competitively priced for couples to enjoy affordable weekend getaways together. As a result, we have a pricing strategy accommodating up to 4 guests at our base rate with an Additional Guest Fee of $25 per guest / per night starting at Guest 5 through 10 for larger families and social gatherings.
This will be reflected in your 'price breakdown' as applicable. This notification also appears in the 'Important Information' section of this listing, but providing additional information and explanation here for convenience and full transparency.
And we do appreciate reservations made for the true number of guests that will be staying at our properties as this policy/requirement is closely monitored and enforced. Any guests not disclosed at time of reservation or prior to check-in will be kindly asked to leave or process payment for the applicable Additional Guest Fee(s).
SOCIAL GATHERINGS:
If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require approval prior to check-in and an additional fee(s) may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. We offer DAY PASSES for Guests coming to enjoy our property and amenities with you at $10 per Child (14 and under) and $15 per Adult. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL. This is a 5 acre property with 3 rental units. Plenty of room for all to enjoy, however, please be aware that we do closely monitor this property to help ensure all of our guests enjoy their stay with us.
As outlined above, this Manor rental is located on a property along with two other rental units (our Casita and West Wing), so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website, lakeconroy.com. The entire property (ALL 3 units) will comfortably sleep up to 16 guests and we do have a separate Listing for the entire property to be reserved: ConRoy's Chickasaw_Sleeps 16.
** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon check-in unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.
LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $90. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).
Upon arrival at the front gate, press button on ring and one of us will open the gate for you. A gate opener (clicker) is left for you on the coffee table just inside door for seamless access coming and going throughout your stay. When leaving the property, please note our front gate is motion trigger, so approach slowly and the gate will open for you.
PARKING... Our Manor Guests may park to right of center well at top of driveway, which comfortably accommodates two vehicles, and if you park to the left of the well, you may not block the drive to carport. The carport parking on left is for our West Wing guests only. The Manor Guests may utilize carport to right as well as park on right side of driveway just off the drive in the grass, if necessary. Please DO NOT BLOCK OUR DRIVEWAY TO THE LEFT as that is the access road for our Casita Guests as well as other guests/people that may be dropping by to enjoy our sweet, private resort area (i.e. swimming pond, tortoise corral viewing, sand volleyball, outdoor grilling, corn hole, horse shoes, etc.
* Smoking is not permitted in the house, including vapes, but is allowed on the porches and outdoors. We just ask that butts are disposed of properly. Thank you!
