Beautiful, luxurious, garage apartment, private entrance, 2 blocks from the historic district. 7 Miles from Renaissance Festival, walking distance to wineries, restaurants, antiques, mini golf and much to do. Relax on the veranda with a bottle of wine at sunset. Full bath with beautiful new custom tile shower, coffee maker and total quiet comfort. We offer a Queen size bed with luxurious linens, flat screen TV, quiet relaxation and comfort, all within a two block walk from downtown Montgomery. 3 wineries with two block walk. Historical town, one hour north of Houston. Quiet and relaxing, the suite is close to everything in Montgomery. Grocery stores all less than one mile, all walking distance. Walk in the rural areas in the morning and see herds of deer, armadillos, foxes, lots of squirrels, rabbits. turtles and assorted wildlife.

I loved that the property is located in Montgomery Texas, very close to my family home. The property was like home away from home. I would definitely book again. Although i would suggest adding a second nightstand for the other side oh the bed.

Wonderful Suite
This suite was probably the best VRBO accommodations we have stayed in. We were very satisfied and the location was perfect. The only suggestion we would make is to put a step in for the porch entrance as it is a high step up.

EXCELLENCE! That sums up EVERY time I stay in this gorgeous nest! The owners are absolutely THE BEST!!!!!! I was visiting Montgomery during the Texas Renaissance Festival. The location was ideal (only 15-20 minutes away). The hosts provided effective communication so that I could come and go as I pleased. The suite was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. If I ever make it to TRF again, I would definitely look at staying here again.

Perfect Relaxing Weekend in a Beautiful Little Nest
So grateful for this little nest and its precious owners. This time it provided a much needed weekend of rest and relaxation. The owners also own a local bistro called the Cozy Grape which is FANTASTIC in every way. Ate there two nights in a row. Can't beat it. I will be back as often as I can.

Pleasantly surprised worth every penny
This was my first stay at a VRBO and the stay was great. This suite is better in person than even the pictures show A large shower, great towels, very comfortable bed. clean and nicely decorated with everything you may need. A quiet area of town with off road parking that is well lit at night Host was excellent in having room cool and cold drinks available upon arrival. Great communication before arrival and read the instructions attached to mini fridge, and all will be great with TV. Will hope to be staying here again. Really enjoyed, thanks

It is a very clean place with a fridge stocked with water & sodas. Bed is comfortable & shower very nice. Both shhets & towels were of good quality. Those being the good points - there are many not so good. 1. Apartment accessible by a very narrow & steep staircase of 17 steps - not in description of property. Not good for seniors or anyone with difficulty with stairs. 2. Lighting is very poor. Overhead is bright but lamps give hardly any light at all. 3. The bathroom is tiny with no shelf space (that isnt taken up with decorations). Pedistal sink & poor lighting. Had to put on makeup by opening shade & putting my makeup mirror on the ledge. 4. Iron & ironing board which was included according to listing were not there.. Manager never responded when we called about it 3 times. 5. Fridge although stocked had little room for any of own food such as cheese & snacks. 6. TV has lots of channels but not easy to deal with if you are not used to Apple TV.

Great Place, Even Better Location.
The property is beautiful and located right in the heart of downtown Montgomery, Tx. The owner, Tom, was easy to get in touch with and very kind with any requests we made (only had one request for some ice which he quickly got for us). The room is very nicely decorated with plenty of space and comfortable bedding and seating. The carpet feels almost new and is very thick and plush, feels good walking on your feet. Parking was easy and convenient with no issues at all. Highly recommend this hidden little gem in Montgomery!!
