This cozy one bedroom apartment is located just off the Walden golf course, on beautiful Lake Conroe. Here, you will have access to all of Waldens amenities, including yacht club, fitness center, pool areas, and more. Cozy and comfortable condo
We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. Great shower and plenty of storage room in large bedroom closet. Full kitchen and all kitchen appliances was a big help. Allen was the kindest and most accommodating of hosts, a pleasure to work with.

Easy to find, clean, good communication with owner leading up to and during rental as minor questions arose. Would be helpful to have a couple of pillow options of varying thickness. Would definitely rent here again if I'm back in the area.

Great location, beautiful property, perfect size for my husband and I. Very peaceful and quiet. You have access to the main pool at the marina which is nice but that pool fills up quickly. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful place
I have stayed here before just for a night. This time I stayed for 5 nights and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Plenty of space for me, my boyfriend, and my little dog. Very comfy bed and the shower is great. I love good water pressure. A very relaxing neighborhood to sit out on the patio and watch my dog run around. Also very friendly neighbors. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area.

Allen’s VRBO was exactly as described. Perfect for a weekend stay. My daughter had a dance competition and his place was located very conveniently to the venue. Spacious living room for a blow up mattress as well. He made it feel very welcoming.

Great Place! Highly Recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay it was just what we needed. We sold our house and needed a place to stay for a few weeks before we closed on our new one. The place was very clean and the owners were very helpful/responsive with any questions that came up. I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying here again for long weekends. It was very quiet and peaceful. The place was equipped with everything that we needed to be comfortable.

Small Condo, but serves its purpose
Allen's condo was great for what we needed, which was just a night close to Lake Conroe for a wedding. We weren't there very much. Overall it was clean and had what we needed. They do have personal belongings everywhere, so as long as you don't need a whole closet or a dresser, you'll be fine. There was room in the fridge for anything, and some room in the freezer. You will need to go out if you want coffee or anything, but that's okay. It fit the bill, and it was a nice condo on the first floor, with a relaxing patio to chill out on. I would stay here again.
