An elevator gives you easy access to the newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. This condo comfortably sleeps 2 people with a queen bed.

All your comforts of home await you: Cable tv, DVD player, high speed internet, washer/dryer inside the condo, kitchen basics, and more.

One of the best features of this condo is its easy access to everything. The Walden Yacht Club is next door where the community pool is located, along with a playground and grill. The Yacht Club also serves dinner with other weekly events. The Walden Marina is just minutes from the condo, and can supply you with all of your fishing and boating needs. While staying at the condo you will also have access to Walden's pools and the fitness club. The condo is also located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
