The room next to us wad smoking weed all night and in the morning. Not sure if it is legal but it sure smelled. The toilet seat was cracked in half. Really. The room was dirty. The paint on the walls looked like someone just slopped it up there. They did not have any soap to wash your hands with. The food at breakfast was awful. The sausage was like leftovers from the day before…so bad. The muffins had a weird taste to it. I was very disappointed we stayed there. It was between this one or Holiday Inn Express. I wish I stayed at HIE. The only thing that was good was the young man who checked us in. Very disappointed for $148.00. Never again.

the breakfast has gone down ill since i been staying there for over 5 years. eggs were fried hard/dry the sausage patties were half over cook half cooked the sausage gravy was crusty and burnt ???? very disappointed and glad i made and brought breakfast sandwiches with me.

The front desk staff was great was very friendly. There was garbage in one of the trash cans in my room. The toilet stopped working in the morning so couldn't flush it. The hallway carpet on 3rd floor may have been cleaned but it was horribly stained. Took a while for the water to turn hot. I would not stay there again.

Had a flex pay that was canceled had no water from 10-4 non working microwave a tv that didn’t come on n had to be showed how to work it. But staff was polite n courteous. But Hotel.com n Affirm not a good first time experience

It was convenient at the time but never again. I got the 3rd floor with the bleach stains other reviews talked on. The door to my bathroom did not close. The coffee maker in the room was dirty. You could tell by the stains on the inside of it. Found a vitman under my chair a stain on my sheets. So the cleanliness was very questionable. The elevators did not get cleaned on my stay saw the same stain up until my leave. Food dried up in the 2nd elevator. Breakfast was not it. Im vegetarian and I didnt see much to my stomache looking at the options but the eggs and they tasted like rubber.. The staff upfront was great though.
The spot that did not get cleaned it was there when I got there.
The mattress was stained (across the bed) and there was a stained spot on my sheet.

We arrived Thurs. night. They put us in a room to small for 2 queen size beds. One bed was up against the air conditioner. We noticed alot of ants crawling on the floor as well as a large gape between the wood floor slates. Fri. left for the day came back later. Towels replaced. No beds made or room picked up. Left Sat. for the day, room had not been touched, our dirty towels and garbage still there, ants were worse. Went to front desk to complain , he said we and 3 others did not get room cleaned This was room 107. He moved us to Room 209. Room much larger to accomadate 2 queen beds. Return Sun. still no one touched the room. Dirty towls still on floor, beds not made still had garbage. Came back Mon. still the same situation. We left Tues. Morning. For the price of this hotel we were very disappointed. They just did not attend to the cleaning of rooms. For the money go else where.

It was just ok. Some of the staff were really weird. I needed to call front desk, but there wasn’t a cord in the phone. There was long hair on the bathroom wall, and the toilet seat needs to replaced like yesterday. This place is a lot different from when I stayed before. New ownership maybe.

The young man that checked us in around 1am on 9/13/25 was wonderful. He explained everything to a tee, breakfast, best to park, everything. The bed was so comfortable. I have a broken left ankle and broken right foot so we stayed in 117. It was great. Only down fall was no shower chair. Thats ok though. Breakfast was good. Over all a great experience.
