"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"We stayed for two weeks in September in Le Lachet. It’s a compact, well equipped two bed chalet, located about 1km out of the small town of Thônes between Annecy and La Clusaz. The chalet had everything we needed and was very clean. There’s a dishwasher in the kitchen area and a small washing machine in a separate utility room (accessed from the outside). There is parking just at the rear of the chalet, and plenty of seating and a table on a decking area for outdoor living if the weather...

"Chalet Pierra Menta is a beautiful chalet in a great location. We were a party of 14 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of space for us all. "If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else. "
