Magnificent house, near Beauval, private pool, tennis, quiet, 800 Ha property

600 m2 for 19 people, a real modern chateau life.
Bizard is the ideal place to meet with family or friends, to organize internships, seminars or retreats, and this at 2H15 from Paris. Space, calm and comfort are the most! All on a 700 ha property. A small house attached to the ruins (opposite the Château de Bizard - prohibited to the public) is occupied by a young and sympathetic very discreet family.

Everyone has their own garden space.
Two parts: the house and the outbuilding. 10 rooms:
In the Residence: 4 bedrooms with double beds (king bed), 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with 1 bed. As well as 5 bathrooms.
Very large kitchen - dining room: the friendly place where everyone can find a small glass of rosé in hand. Very well equipped kitchen.
The living room is very cozy and comfortable with all its sofas and its wood stove (wood offered). The homemade coffee table is still all the rage!
A beautiful back kitchen hides the 2 fridges, the 2 dishwashers, the washing machine, the dryer, the oil boiler.
In the outbuilding, 3 bedrooms upstairs with their private bathroom and downstairs a large living room; the working or relaxation lounge with internet access, and the pleasure lounge with the beautiful ping pong table.

Towels, bath mats, kitchen towels are not include in the price (8€/p if you want to travel light)
in the summer, pool towels are not provided (6€/p if you want to travel light)

Delivery of baguettes, pastries upon reservation.

Caterer, cook or cleaning lady on request.

As for the exteriors, a beautiful 12/5 m swimming pool with a flat bottom (140 cm), heated from June to mid September at 24 degrees. Pergolas and pool beds to enjoy the view of the fields and the forest. A beautiful terrace protected by a pergola will allow you to have lunch and dinner outside in the shade. Possibility of long walks in the woods on foot, by bike or on horseback. Tennis is next to the owners' house, as well as the fishing pond where amateurs will enjoy.

La Demeure de Bizard is located at Domaine "Les Orfeuilles" in Monthou-sur-Cher.

This magnificent residence is reserved for families, respectful couples, who will make it an honor not to deteriorate the premises. Young people under 30, parties, parties and weddings are prohibited.

- Departure at 10 a.m. on Saturday, for weekly rentals
- Departure at the end of the day on Sunday for "weekend" rentals
 
- On departure, consumption costs to be paid such as electricity, water and heating.

Chaque aspect de ce Gîte était incroyable. Les chambres sont exceptionnelles et la propriété était très jolie. La maison est près de plusieurs petits villages et beaucoup de bons restaurants. Ideal location for a large family holiday
This Gite entirely lived up to expectations. Two magnificent accommodation buildings with well equipped kitchens and living space surrounded by acres of grass and woods, with a good swimming pool. Isolated from others so noisy children were not a problem. Wonderful time playing rounders! Villages nearby were lovely and Montrichard was a super place for eating. River Cher provided canoeing under chateau of Chenanceau. Owners were welcoming, spoke English and very fair. Would gladly come again for another family celebration. Thanks Stephanie

Had a great stay, and would stay again. I would have liked the pool to have less bugs. Outdoor furniture could be a bit more comfortable. A few more amenities such as hand soap and more pillows would have made the stay more comfortable (we are Americans). David and Stephanie were both very nice and the take pride in the property.

Très belle propriété dans un cadre agréable
Je recommande fortement cette location qui est idéale pour l'accueil d'un groupe de plusieurs familles par exemple. La maison est très bien équipée, les chambres spacieuses... le tout dans un cadre agréable. Bref, l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer.

Propriété De standing dans un cadre remarquable
Notre séjour aux Orfeuilles nous a enchanté. La demeure était très spacieuse, aménagée avec goût et soin, avec en bonus une literie confortable (lits King size) et une cuisine avec des équipements de qualité. Nous avons passé un week-end juste parfait ! La demeure était grandiose, super jolie et nous avons eu la chance de profiter du barbecue, de la piscine, de la table de Ping Pong et des espaces vert très agréable ! L’endroit est idéal pour passer un bon moment entre amis. Nous sommes venus au Domaine de Bizard pour un week end prolongé à 10 adultes et 9 enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, facilité par Stéphanie qui a été très sympathique et arrangeante. La maison est spacieuse, joliment rénovée et décorée, très bien équipée et parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos (voire peut être encore mieux!). L'espace extérieur est vaste et bien agencé et nos enfants ont pu s'en donner à cœur joie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Maison exceptionnelle, cadre idyllique !
Nous étions 14 et beaucoup d'espace pour nous reposer et profiter de nos vacances. La maison est très spacieuse, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain avec wc et elle est meublée avec goût . Le jardin est immense et donne sur une belle forêt, nous y avons même vu des chevreuils. La proximité des châteaux de la Loire nous a permis de faire des visites culturelles. Le tennis et la piscine (nous avons pu nous y baigner tellement il faisait beau) sont un vrai plus. Les hôtes sont très gentils et facilement joignables lorsque nous avions besoin d'eux.
