A Hidden Gem on the Lake!
Our family stayed for a number of days in Chaya's wonderful house on Swinging Bridges Lake. Everything about this house is great, and we would LOVE to come back! Thank you Chaya for being a gracious and attentive hostess!

New listing with a promising future
The property is as pictured and described. Nice location. Pretty unit. However, this is a new listing for the owners. There are definitely some things that will work better with more experience. Overall, the property was nice. Although there were areas that needed improvement. The overall cleanliness was lacking; from the mouse poop in all of the kitchen drawers, the popcorn left in the maker in the media room & mouse chewed food in cabinets from the previous renters and carpets not vacuumed. A freshen up was definitely needed before we checked in. There is no A/C in 2 of the bedrooms. Many missing lightbulbs, batteries in remotes, etc. The dock is a very basic floating dock that is rough to get down to, especially for young children. We had a couple of issues while renting and the owners were very quick to respond and kind people! Always good to see quick communication. My advice to new owners always is to spend a week at your own rental to see what is missing/needed and in need of repair/refreshing. A diamond in the rough that will surely shine bright with more experience. Enjoyed our stay. The lake is beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality.
