Staying at Hotel Touraine was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and graciously spoke English. The location was one of the best I could imagine. HTO contributed significantly to my Paris trip being a huge success.

Property is fantastic with comfortable beds, soft linens, well equipped kitchen, and an elevator. The laundry is on -1 and has two washers and 2 driers that are free to use and include soap. The property is very close to two metro stations and it's easy to get around the city. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

The location of this property was on a quiet street and yet close to many things to enjoy on foot including the Opera Metro. All of the staff was very kind and spoke English, French to help us practice and other languages. Our VP status entitled us to a complementary bottle of Prosecco all of the reception staff was eager to remind us we had available to us, and when we did decide to enjoy it, it was delivered to us with two champagne flutes immediately. We enjoyed having the balcony. We enjoyed the details from the hotel room, cleaning staff like decorating the tissue paper and placing our makeup items into glasses to organize the sink area The beds & bedsheets were extremely comfortable. Breakfast included hot and cold items and was just right. Umbrellas were offered to us & lots of heating inside. the complementary Lavazza espresso, coffee, latte machine in the Lobby was invaluable and high-quality. We also had a Nespresso machine in our room and a carafe of filtered water filled daily. Our two story room had the small lounge/ closet / dressing area downstairs & bedroom, second balcony, shower & WC on upper level.

Lovely friendly staff in a good location. The layout of the appartment is well considered and has everythig you need. Close to an excellent supermarket too. In my opinion there is an unnecessary over-reliance on technology to check in, check out, lock doors and codes etc. Too many emails. The staff are great and more than capable of service much better than the technology.

This hotel is absolutely the best if you’re looking for a place within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. It’s surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms are spotless, and the showers are excellent—everything in the bathroom is fitted with Grohe units, so you know it’s top quality. The downside is that there’s no mini fridge in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient. That said, the cleanliness and the unbeatable location near the Eiffel Tower more than make up for it. I would definitely stay here again!
