L’accueil a été correct. Les horaires de la réception sont trop limités. La chambre était sale. Pas de papier hygiénique, pas de savon, poubelle non vidée, couverts gras, réfrigérateur sale. Odeur nauséabonde les couloirs et dans la chambre. Je trouve que c’est irrespectueux pour les clients qui s’attendent à entrer dans un propre.

Pendant une période normale i.e. début septembre dans le SUD de la FRANCE, ils ont fermé la piscine... jamais réservé si nous avions été prévenus... quel dommage! SÉJOUR, pourri. En passant A.C. a fait défaut deux fois au moins... ils ont fait leurs possible... jamais la qualité de l'équipement Nord Américain...

Balai très très sale que j’ai nettoyé - nettoyer les bouches d’aération - plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas - frigidaire que j’ai été obligée de nettoyer trop de glace dans le petit bac donc fini par couler de l’eau au bas du frigo - 2 lits au lieu d’un grand lit - pas de piscine - spa payant

À fuir !!

Un conseil, fiez vous à tout les commentaires négatifs concernant cet établissement. J’en est pas tenue compte et j’aurais dû. Par quoi commencer ? L’arrivée sur place ; très mal indiqué sur le gps donc vous prendrez forcément pas la bonne sortie. Une fois trouvé aucune indication au préalable donc pas de code pour accéder au parking en notre possession par chance une adorable résidente nous le donne. À la réception on nous donne 2x des clefs de chambre pas encore nettoyer donc c’est partie pour les aller-retour étant chargé et épuisé du trajet c’était pas le top. Petit clin d’œil au personnel de ménage qui ont était adorable. Arrivé dans une chambre « nettoyée » (enfin) nous avons du faire notre lit car nouvelle règle dans l’établissement si vous voulez votre lit fait frais de draps 12€ ! La grosse blague du jamais vue. On me dit que ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt comme un appart hotel mais ayant séjourné dans ce genre d’établissement je ne vois pas de ressemblance je n’est jamais fait mon lit en arrivant dans un appart city. Ayant pris moins d’une semaine ils étaient heureusement inclus car sinon il faut payer draps et serviettes. La chambre est sale, le matelas très fin donc bonjour les douleurs de dos, le claquement des portes à répétition.. il faut sortir vous même la poubelle.. La piscine est un plus certes mais une cour de récréation donc n’y comptez pas pour vous prélassé.Parking avec très peu de place donc si vous arrivez un peu tard bonne chance.Spa en supplément

Décevant et peu reposant

Très bruyant, peu d’entretien et tres vieillissant, centre très familial avec les enfants qui court dans les couloirs, alarme incendie la nuit a cause des enfants qui jouent… Très rapidement plus de place de parking, ventilation dans la piece de nuit impossible a couper et donc tres derangeant la nuit, quelqu’un de la technique devait passer mais n’est jamais venu… dommage ! En revanche accueil irréprochable, accueillante et souriante.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout au lieu exact. #publicitémensongère Le lit est beaucoup trop bas et peu confortable, surtout pour une femme enceinte. C’est à nous de faire le lit. Très mal insonorisé. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Je n’ai pas séjourné dans la chambre car mon fils a finalement dormis avec moi et mon bébé. Les autres résidents fument dans les chambres. J’ai du effectué un ménage complet afin de m’installer. Pas de tapis de bain mon fils a glisser 2 fois en sortant de la douche. 1 seul lumiere dans la salle de bain. Homme d’entretien moustafa très sympa il nous a réparer la porte de la salle de bain dans la journée. Et personnel à l’accueil très gentils.
