We were surprised one day to find if we took the elevator down from the lobby you end up in the undergroud train station. We had a cheap and delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and coffee without ever having to leave the hotel. It was a prime location and we will be back again next year.

A prestigious hotel worth visiting
We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and professional at the same. Despite we had to cut our trip short due to my wife's illness, managements was very uncomfortable and forthcoming in terms of assistance to make the return smooth sailing. Housekeeping strike occurred during my week stay during Montreal Pride. My stay was fine but the lack of services, closed pool, lack of regular housekeeping made the trip sub par. I do appreciate the management trying their best but at $400 a night, I wish I got a discount.

The concierge charged $2 per piece to keep our luggages after we checked out. Other hotels provide such service for free. The room amenities can include shower cap.

The hotel is very nice, excellent location. The service was interrupted by the union walkout. Our rooms were not cleaned and all services were shut down. It was a great inconvenience.

There was a strike going on while we were there,so many services were not available. The strikers were also protesting outside of the hotel. They were loud and disruptive.
