The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms were luxurious with amazing views. The hotel smells nice the moment you walk in. David made our stay very pleasant. He assisted us with dining reservations .I highly recommend!

Overall we had an ok stay, however one main issue we kept following up on daily (after busy days and arriving back late), was never resolved. This was unlike the experience we are normally used to from staying with Shangri-la here and at other Shangri La properties previously. The manager came to speak to us at the end of the week long stay only on checkout and did provide some remittance for the issue, however as this had a major impact on the duration of the stay it didn’t feel like it was quite enough.

Next to strip joint, lots of hookers. Entramce not watched properly and no greetings from the doormen. Room was not ready when arrived although offer drinks while waiting but a long time. Room not cleaned after returning at 10PM stating Do not Disturb sign was on. What is someone is dead inside. 5 Staar is a Myth.

Loved this Four Seasons Montreal! The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. The rooms had everything you could want in terms of modern technology. The location wasn't ideal for me since I prefer to be in the old town area, but that's a personal preference and definitely didn't spoil my experience. I'll definitely be staying here again!
