Fabulous access to McGill and downtown. Super walkable! Very well staffed (reception was young but top notch, breakfast staff was attentive and always restocking or cleaning up, maid staff was meticulous!). We had a glass break in the bathroom, and I decided to clean it up myself since it was so late. I mopped every square inch of that bathroom with damp tissue to ensure no glass bits remained and could NOT find even one speck of dirt. What?! I was super impressed... Room was very large, beds comfy (firm), well stocked kitchen, very quiet neighbours (but that's random). It even had a balcony (so ask for a high level and you'll have some great views!). Some road noise/sirens (we were only on the 4th flr) but normal for any city. As others mentioned, heat regulation is an issue (old electric rads emitted a little heat, but the new A/C/heating unit was unplugged and clearly wasn't supposed to be hooked up (duct tape over the plug). It was about 18c in the room with no controls, but this was PERFECT for sleeping, so it worked out for us! Very happy with our stay!

Convenience of furnished apartment living with the convenience of a hotel. On site parking limited but available. They gave me a wheel lock because of the high rate of car theft in the area. Fortunately, my car was safe. Walkable to most attractions in the downtown area and to shopping. Breakfast buffet was great but crowded.

Great for family vacation, each room had kitchenette and separate room, almost similar to an apartment. The kids loved the pool and is quiet deep on one end so we can get a good swim. The breakfast buffet was good enough for the family, the staff we pleasant. This is an older building so the carpet is old and the decor a little outdated, but all in all is clean, affordable, walking distance to shopping and old port.
