Put us into a wheelchair accessible room without advising us ahead of time. Bathroom vanity was not big enough to place our toiletry bags on it. I had to call to customer service to ask for a table to put in bathroom to put toiletry bags on. The room was nice and the table worked, I just wasn’t told ahead of time about accessible room.

We stayed at a spacious king with sofa bed room where the living room separated from the bedroom. Very comfortable with the family. The only thing I wish to be added is the microwave. We parked in the Convention center garage right opposite the hotel. But the entrance is from 905 Rue St-Alexandre.

The shower had visible pink scum lining the corners. The shower head was brutal. It did not distribute water evenly just shot out at you with force. No tub. We loved the pool, sauna and computer to play on. The common area was nice to sit and have coffe and relax before going for supper around the hotel. The staff were very freindly and helpful all 3 days we were there.

The hotel is located in the heart of old Montreal. Dining, shopping and entertainment are just a few steps away. Very convenient!

Location was great, staff was amazing. Room was clean and pool area was nice. Upon arrival staff was great, arranged for early check in with adjoining rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area and was clean and pool warm. Hotel is located near old Montreal and St Catherine.

The staff were all amazing and the rooms were quite nice. Enjoyed the pool with a regular temp pool as well as cold and hot pools although it was small with limited space for guests and some had to wait to come in for others to leave. Restaurant is solid. Very walkable to old Montreal especially the Notre Dame Basilica.
