"Good value in a great location. I had a room overlooking the lake - was quiet enough given the relatively busy street below. Nice little balcony as well. Check-in was easy. Some furnishings were a bit rough around the edges but everything was clean."

"Hotel Victoria is around a 3 minute walk from Glion station (cog train from Montreux train station which takes around 12 mins). Stunning views from our lakeside room. Room 3 has an interconnecting door to Room 2 and is not particularly well soundproofed. Due to health issues with our neighbour, little sleep was had on the first night. "This hostel feels very clean and safe. The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast included is a plus! I would say that this is pretty over priced for a hostel dormitory but it seems to be the only reputable option in the area. Overall would recommend! "

"The property was lovely and we had a stunning view of the garden and lake from our balcony. The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. It's about a 10 minute walk along the promenade but the walk is beautiful next to the lake. "

"Absolutely fantastic. And not a complaint, but you should be aware there is only one bathroom and one shower shared for 6 rooms. It was never an issue but good to know coming in. "

"If it wasn't for the stunning view from the balcony and the comfy bed I would have been very disappointed. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment to meet the standards expected at the price they charge. Here are my main gripes; No bath robes (only slippers - why?) "The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered.
