In the Drome Provencale and around Montsegur-sur-Lauzon, this authentic stone farmhouse surrounded by trees, vineyards and fields is located 5 miles from Grignan and its famous castle, 7 miles from Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux and Valréas and 22 miles southward from Montelimar. This beautiful region offers the possibility to practise many outdoor activities (hiking, horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, swimming ...), and to discover the beautiful landscapes, wonderful villages and historic centres as well as rich local handicrafts.

INSIDE
This large house has a quiet simple interior with rustic and authentically country furniture and fittings. It consists of two parts:
You will enter the first part and get straight into the kitchen with table and chairs. On your right is a lounge / dining room with a fireplace. A staircase will lead you to a large attic room with a large double bed. To the left of the entrance is a shower room with toilet and a bedroom with a king size bed.
The second part is a wing of the house with separate entrance. You will enter a hall which leads to a bedroom with a two single beds and a shower room with toilet. From this hall, a staircase will lead you directly and without a door to a large attic room with four single beds, perfect for children.

OUTSIDE
The house is a tremendously charming place for those who love authentic French country style and offers a very quiet and completely private setting. It is surrounded by trees, fields and vineyards. On the front of the house, you will have the opportunity to enjoy three beautiful stone terraces, one of which is in the shade of trees for meals or relaxing to the sound of cicadas. Down below, the swimming pool with pool house and covered terrace is a genuine cocoon surrounded by trees where you will have the possibility to relax in peace on a deckchair, enjoy the pool or play table tennis.

OUR OPINION
This beautiful untouched farmhouse offers lots of charm and authenticity and is ideal for large families which likes simplicity and wishing to have a relaxing holiday and enjoy the quiet of nature and beautiful spots around there.
