LA ROSIERE 1850 - Luminous charming apartment located in a private domain, with direct access to the 180km French-Italian slopes of the San Bernardo ski area.

Welcoming up to 6 people max, the apartment based in a beautiful chalet, has:

1 bedroom with a double bed.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
1 comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
2 bathrooms & 2 toilets.
1 equipped kitchen.
1 large terrace with south orientation + 180° view on the Tarentaise Valley.
Private ski room with boots dryer.
Covered private garage.
5 access badges to the spa (indoor pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, thalassotherapy, and gym).

Each bedroom is equipped with: electric beds with confortable mattresses, as well as excellent lightings for reading, large closets, a HD Plasma TV and radio. Bedsheets of excellent quality are provided. View on the mountains from the bedrooms. Large tilt-and-turn windows.

Bathroom with separate toilet, and a showerroom with toilet. Both have an electric towels dryer and a hairdryer. Towels are provided.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combi oven / microwave, induction hob, toaster, raclette grill, coffee maker, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The living room has a large and confortable sofa-bed, a dining table for 6 people, and is equipped with a HD Plasma TV with: CD and DVD player, radio, TNT access, Wifi connection.

Other: Underfloor heating and heaters. Thermostats in each room. Elevator. Concierge service.

Internal rules: 7 nights minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. Maximum 6 people. Non-smoking rental. No pets allowed.

With a family character, the village of La Rosière and Les Eucherts is very beautiful and traditional (only wood chalets!). Slopes are very well maintained, and there is almost no waiting at the ski lifts. The French-Italian San Bernardo ski area is multi-levels and has a children's snow club, snow park, boardercross, and has excellent on-piste restaurants. Access to Italy is simple. Wherever you are on the slopes, the panoramic view is breathtaking! Only 30 minutes by car from Tignes-Val D'Isère, and the funicular which lead to Les Arcs.

Possibilities of thrilling experiences such as: paragliding, freestyle, speed flying, off-piste skiing with guide, kite skiing, heliskiing (in Italy), dog sledding.

The after ski is also rich in activities: cinema, bowling, ice skating, shopping, ballads, sledging, bars/pubs, disco, and excellent restaurants. Special events are also organized every week.

Fantastic Accommodation in a Great Location

The apartment was 5* and exactly as advertised. Well presented, clean and to a very good standard throughout.The underfloor heating was great and despite the outside temperature not being that cold this would have been really useful during the winter months.The property also benefits from the Spa and Swimming Pool within the main complex and again this is to a very high standard, perfect at the end of a day’s skiing!Good parking facilities in the underground car park with good head height clearance, approximately 2.3m (which was useful has our car with a roof box managed to just squeeze under.Good security from approaching the underground car park through to the apartment.The apartment is approximately 50 metres from the free bus service which serves Les Eucherts and La Rosiere, very convenient especially with two young children.Overall, this property is great value, well equipped and modern. It offers all the facilities you would need and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Bel appartement et belle station familiale

Merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre appartement. L’appartement est très bien entretenu, très propre, très bien agencé et équipé, bien situé (pistes accessibles en 5min à pied et le retour se fait ski au pied), avec une terrasse et une superbe vue.La station est familiale, calme et très bien fréquentée. Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et réactifs. Ils nous ont même recommandé la nounou en cas de besoin ! Le dossier d’accueil fourni au moment de la réservation est top (plan de la station, codes wifi, piscine, adresses de restaurants …) La personne qui gère l’appartement sur place est très gentille et réactive.Bref, tout est là pour passer de belles vacances !

beautiful location

Overall the property is lovely. Well equipt with utensils, plates, pots etc although the property is not geared towards home cooking, with minimum workspace for basic prep, but it is more than adequate. Plates and bowls are tired, but good.Oven/microwave is complicated. All manuals for equipment and safety information are only in French. Very nicely presented property, feels homely and is clean. Decor is simple and classic. Good quality bedlinen and towels.There is no DVD or CD player as advertised. Owner informed us (while there) it was broken, not been replaced. A bit annoying as we has taken films to watch as a family. Only French tv can be accessed.Very close to slopes, ski school and facilities all within walking distance. There are small food shops, bakery, pharmacy and retail shops all within walking distance, and a selection of places to eat.The area feels safe, and good for families. Although you can ski out (very cautiously!) as a novice. You have to be a more experienced skier to ski in. There is a free bus that helps you back up, it's hard work in ski boots and carrying skis.Having access to the centre swimming pool is lovely bonus. Covered, internal parking is 5-7 mins walk from apartment. via stairs and lifts with coded access.Boot room/ski storage is secure, easily accessed, below apartment has heated boot warmers, lovey bonus.

Magnifique séjour à La rosière/Les Eucherts

Séjour en tous points conforme à l'annonce avec un appartement parfaitement entretenu, très confortable pour 4 personnes, au calme, skis aux pieds, lumineux avec une splendide vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Les propriétaires ainsi que notre point de contact local ont été disponibles, charmants, prévenants et de bons conseils. Je recommande sans restriction aucune cette magnifique location aux Eucherts. bel appartement où tout est bien pensé ( mobilier, éclairages) bien équipé (il ne manque rien dans la cuisine) la literie est excellente; au calme loin de la rue très belle terrasse, belle vue , deux petits défauts: la piscine et le spa ne sont pas dans l'immeuble mais dans un autre proche même chose pour le parking.

Appartement Confortable avec Belle vue Vallée & Terrasse

Appartement bien équipé, notamment télé et Wi Fi. Grande terrasse Est / Sud Est avec belle vue vallée. Casier à ski chauffé. Retour à ski possible à côté de la résidence. Position un peu excentrée par rapport au reste des bâtiments de la résidence Cimes Blanches et du centre piscine / salle sport. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires

Heel mooi appartement met groot terras en fantastisch uitzicht

Heel mooi appartement, met terras en geweldig uitzicht. Heerlijke bedden en verder alles aanwezig echt top , 10 minuten lopen naar de piste en s, avonds terug skiën tot aan de deur van het skihok, heel relaxed. Gebruik van zwembad, bubbelbad en sauna op loopafstand , heerlijk, alles perfect geregeld. Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, spacieux et confortable pour 2 couples (heureusement car la météo nous a contraint à y passer plus de temps que souhaité). Le chalet est très bien situé pour le ski. Si le soleil nous avait accompagné, nous aurions passé une semaine exceptionnelle.

Nous y avons passé la semaine de noël en famille , avec nos 4 enfants ( entre 12 et 19 ans ) . Appartement très agréable , grande terrasse ensoleillée avec une vue magnifique !! Rien à redire , nous y reviendrons sans problème . Jolie station , que des chalets en bois , petits restos et commerces , les pistes à 2 pas , situation idéale pour skier et exposition sud .

Séjour de Rêve dans ce bel Appartement

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans ce très bel appartement. Nous étions 4 adultes. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour que chacun s'y sente à l'aise. Très propre aussi. Deux belles chambres dont une suite parentale, très bien agencées et joliment décorées. L'espace cuisine (manque peut-être un plan de travail plus grand, plus de rangements,une cafetière Nespresso serait également appréciée) et le salon sont de bonnes proportion, la vue dégagée à partir de l'immense terrasse y est remarquable et apaisante. C'est vraiment le Paradis. Une place de parking couvert et un casier à skis/Chaussures chauffé sont disponibles. Bien pratique quand on revient du ski. Pour finir l'appartement est très bien placé dans le village des Eucherts. Pour aller skier, il suffit de prendre un petit chemin par la forêt ( je dirai environ 300m pour accéder à la piste qui vous amène au télésiège des Eucherts) le retour se faisant ski aux pieds. Un bonheur. Un grand Merci aussi à Mireille qui nous a accueillie à notre arrivée et qui s'est montrée disponible pour toutes nos questions. Merci aussi aux propriétaires qui ont su nous rassurer lorsque notre choix s'est porté sur leur appartement, notamment sur la méthode de réservation par virement bancaire. Lovely apartment

Excellent séjour dans un appartement absolument impeccable et très confortable - Environnement très calme et vue somptueuse. retour skis aux pieds à l appartement - Accès au très beau spa de la résidence... génial quand il n y a pas trop de monde -(y aller juste à la fermeture des pistes -moins de monde jusqu' à 18 h) -Un 3eme séjour quasi parfait - Bon, bien-sur, reste le prix ...

Cet appartement est vraiment magnifique. Il correspond parfaitement à la description. Très bien équipé, propreté impeccable, belle disposition des pièces, effet cocooning garanti. la literie est très bonne, et les réglages électriques sont appréciables. Belles TV dans toutes les pièces. On n'a malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine et des équipements de détente proposés. Proximité immédiate des pistes et remontées. Un excellent séjour - peut être à l'année prochaine?
