Gave us great advice where to visit even refunded us a night that we couldn’t stay due to upcoming circumstances. It was a last minute request and refunded us in whole. "This property is our favorite place to stay in the Springs area. So convenient to any excursion, and the cute little town of Manitou nestled within the mountains can be viewed directly from the wonderful balcony on this historic carriage house. We stayed on the East side of the property for this trip and it did not disappoint! We were welcomed with a nice note and lovely bottle of wine! The hosts are very accommodating, and we highly recommend this property!"
