"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "

"Our stay at the Villa Clementina was spectacular. This villa is owned by the sweetest family (Barbara and Remo). When staying here we felt as though we were apart of the family. The staff is wonderful (especially Orietta, Anisa, Roberta, and Colin). Mery and Gheeta did a fabulous job at keeping our rooms tidy and were very friendly. Everyone was attentive, warm, and open. "Lovely find between Morcote and Lugano. Shuttle bus collected us from Lugano train station for an our 2 night stay. We had a very large room overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Morcote or a bus/shuttle ride away from Lugano. The spa and restaurant were also of high quality. "
