Each full bathroom has a deep jacuzzi tub, great for relaxing, with shower. Views of Bird Shoal across from Taylor's Creek. Smart TVs for when you are done having fun in the sun. In walking distance of the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, maritime museum, boat rentals, and other excursions.
Our unit sits above Ribeye's Restaurant, entrance to parking lot is in back of building. Parking space is Unit B.

We stayed here the weekend of the Beaufort parade and flotilla. The rental is perfect. It’s cozy but spacious for hosting friends to watch the flotilla and parade from the best location on all of front street. The owners were very responsive and flexible to meet our changing schedules. We would highly recommend this rental for any time of year. It is a true gem and a wonderful location.

Unit was easy to locate, had good off-street parking and arrival/access was pain free. Very comfortable apartment with all the essentials. Couldn't ask for a better location and view of the harbor. Overall a great stay.

Really an ideal spot…tucked away in the heart of Beaufort…steps away from the water, dining, and the historical charm of the town. The roof top sunsets were awesome! A relaxing and wonderful stay…HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing experience. Only one very minor detail that was a little confusing. There was no toilet paper anywhere in the unit. Really no big deal, maybe it was missed by cleaning staff. Otherwise we are VERY pleased and will return!

The location is perfect! The condo was nice, clean, and had perfect views. The bathrooms were dated and not for anyone with disabilities; however, they functioned great with great water pressure. We would rent this again!

Met my wife in Beaufort in 1982. Since then we have stayed and/or celebrated many birthdays/anniversaries in this condo. Celebrated our 39th anniversary during last visit. Thanks to Betty for the opportunity. Look forward to next visit.

My family has been going to Beaufort for 18 years but this was our first time at this location. This time we were celebrating my daughters 21st. View was awesome and lots of room to relax. You are in the middle of everything here, most of the restaurants are within a block one way or another. The deck on the roof has one of the best sunset views in town!

Although Ophelia brought in 72 mph wind gusts (we decided to stick with our plans), this property had everything we needed to "hunker down", including several large windows for a beautiful panoramic waterway view. We were able to catch glimpses of horses on Carrot Island and dolphins frolicking in the sound.
