I think it belonged to house keeping department. Worst of all, there was a lizard in the bathroom! We had also checked a suite, that too had a lizard."

After complain at reception he showed us 7-8 rooms, all were of the same condition. some how we chose one room as it was 12 mid night and we had no option as we paid in advance online. Then it took 1.5 hr to get the water bottles for drinking water. our 7 years son slept thirsty. House keeping...
