"We got stuck in the car park because of snow but the staff at the hotel were really helpful. They dug us out and pushed us out of the snow. They told us the safest easy to get back onto the motorway. We enjoyed our stay and used the gym and ate in the restaurant . All was very good. "

"A little messy and damp smell. Too warm can't provide fan. In fairness, they were doing cleaning on the hallways and rooms. Outside cigatrette butts everywhere. Friendly staff. Needs more rectifications. Furnitures too old. Bedside lights not working."
