"We had a great stay at this hotel and the staff were very friendly. We loved the buffet and some of the local restaurants near by. We loved the anemities such as the spa, suana, and steam room. We definitely took advantage after our 2 week adventure in Europe and visitng Disneyland. They didnt really explain the pick up situation for Disneyland. Once we got dropped off they didnt tell us where to meet them again. There was also once incident where we called room service at 930am and when we came back to our room we did not recieve service. I had to call them to let them know. We ended up getting service the next day. Overall, a great experience and the room was amazing. I would recommend and stay again."

"Room in tip top conditions with free minibar in room n bottles of water. Fantastic experiences for my family visiting disneyland. All hotel resident has priority to enter park an hour earlier which is great. Only cons is no free shutter service to nearby shopping outlet /villages, which other hotels near the outlet shopping provides to disneyland. We hv to pay £6/pax instead."

"While this is a great and convenient property the service is subpar from any Disney property. This is Disney, its international having staff that refuse to speak English is kind of dumb."
