"It's hard to imagine what could have been better. The villa is stunning. On a hilltop will amazing views. Well appointed and with 12 rooms, all with ensuites. A large kitchen and dining space and loads more outside space than the pictures really show. Morning coffee on the lower sun terrace, the afternoon spent by the pool, the evening in the jacuzzi, and then wine (SO MUCH WINE) from the provided supplies to talk as the night grew around us. "We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the small town feel and the welcome that Valerio gave us. We wish the weather could have been better so that we could’ve enjoyed the views more, but still an excellent time. "Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. "We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "

"This was the type of property we were looking for. This was a trip with my wife and me and our 4 adult children. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning. "This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area.
