"The property is a beautiful old captain's house with loads of character. It is well taken care of, but even renovated bathroom and kitchenette are showing their age a bit. The owners and staff are tremendous and very friendly. It attracts a clientelle that are also a great bunch of folks. The breakfast, by the owner, is excellent. I purposely went late to my conference every day just to stay and enjoy it! With a bathroom upgrade to more modern standards it would be fantastic. "
