"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. "Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings, dass es nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer gab. In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar. Leider gibt es auch nur 1 Fliegengitter vor der Balkontür in der Küche, was...

"A lovely hotel with good facilities. Room was well appointed with luggage space, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and everything worked perfectly. The property is well located for the city centre and the main sites as well as for local transport links and ancona's ferry terminal. Just one word of warning for guests arriving on foot with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage. There is quite a long and in places steep climb up to the hotel, so maybe consider a taxi, especially if walking from the train station first. "
