The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. "Reservamos una habitación en MP con cama matrimonial, al llagar al hotel nos informaron que este tipo de cama no existen en el hotel, solo en las Suites. Nos dijeron que solucionarían el problema poniendo un toper con cremallera, pero solo pusieron una sabana doble, el problema nunca se arregló, nos compensaron con el todo incluido plus. Pero esto no solucionó el problema de la cama que ha sido una verdadera incomodidad. El personal de servicio de restaurantes y bares muy alegres y serviciales. La recepción del hotel un poco menos, supongo por la carga de trabajo...En general la comida esta buena sobretodo en el restaurante La Toscana. Lo demás normalito, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente. "

"Raggiunta la struttura, bellissima specialmente nella hall ed agevole l’accesso alla spiaggia meravigliosa e pulita. Mare strepitoso. Non presente come in Italia, la possibilità di abbinare il soggiorno in struttura ed il noleggio di ombrellone/sdraio in spiaggia. L’hotel su richiesta rilascia gratuitamente l’ombrellone da piazzare ovunque si voglia sull’enorme spiaggia. Veniamo alle pecche: scarsa l’organizzazione delle pulizie che venivano fatte a seconda di chi c’era di turno ma comunque in linea di massima non siamo MAI rimasti senza assistenza se loro andavano fuori orario e noi richiedevamo che venisse fatta. Forse buona la cucina internazionale… ma posso garantire solo quello che ho gustato, ovvero verdure, frutta e qualche pezzo di salmone crudo con limone, olio e pepe. Colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre generose. Di tanto in tanto le stoviglie non proprio pulite, basta controllarle e chiederne la sostituzione: lo staff è meraviglioso. "
