"Good situation in Morzine. The room was tiny (it was a triple). The door to the balcony didn’t shut tight and there was no heating or hot water so the room was freezing. When we told a member of staff they said they’d tell the maintenance man. And interestingly in a hotel in France there didn’t seem to be any French-speaking staff… The food was ok but nothing special. It was a very expensive, but mediocre place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"We stayed in the Cosy Chilly Powder for Three nights and really enjoyed the Experience. Great location at the foot of the main Avoriaz Gondola and you can ski in on your way down the Mountain. All the Team were Super Friendly and Helpful and food especially Breakfast Really Good. Felt like we were being hosted in someones Home Chalet. Would Highly Recommend Peter and Tracey "
