Expensive and disappointing
Booked as last minute due to a embarrassing situation in another hotel, Ermitage hotel does not reflect the name/status. Old facilities and poor cleaning standards. Breakfast not good at all (hence, we decided to skip every day and have breakfast outside). For almost 300 USD per night we expected better conditions

Pour son calme et ses prestations.
Cet hôtel tranquille est situé dans un quartier calme de Moscou. Le Kremlin est à 3 km à pied et on longe la Moscova pour le rejoindre. Beau parcs publics à proximité. Personnel très professionnel. En particulier Bogdan qui vous donnera de très bonnes idées de promenades ou d'excursions. Propreté exceptionnel. Petit-déjeuner copieux, varié. Prix très attractifs. Pour s'y rendre depuis l'Aeroexpress, il faut prendre un métro et un tramway. Super sympa si le taxi vous horripile. Je vous le recommande fortement.

Hotel Ermitarge
Difficult to find,long distance from airport but close to center of Russia. Room was clean and comfortable but no cleaning of the room took place during our week long stay. Room service very erractic, depending on who was on reception. Breakfast was very good, and plentiful. No bar, no sushi, no home made cake cafe.....told these were not there, no mini bar in room, no airport shuttle.....although they appear in descriptions. This is a hugh hotel, also has a large entertainment venue. They need more staff and a more professional approach to tourist needs. A few changes and this hotel would do so well with the visitors for next years World Cup.

Buen hotel. Buena ubicación.
Buen hotel y sitio tranquilo y muy correcto el servicio y desayuno. Quizá podría optar a una estrella más. El único inconveniente es que no tienen persianas y la cortinas no son opacas por lo que a antes de las 5 esta entrando luz a tope. Al menos en agosto.

Shower didn't get hot. On daytime, night, all time cold shower. Breakfast begins too late. Even on weekends, it starts at 8:30.(But she said tomorrow(Sat.) breakfast begins at 7:00!!)

Boa relação custo-benefício.
O hotel está localizado a uma distância razoável, cerca de 2 km, do centro da cidade, onde se concentram os principais pontos turísticos (Praça vermelha, Bolshoi, shopping Gum, catedral etc). A rua local é silenciosa e pouco movimentada. O café da manhã é simples e frugal. Os quartos são amplos e a limpeza é diária. O atendimento pelas equipes de serviço variou da gentileza de alguns recepcionistas à indiferença generalizada apresentada pela maioria. Ainda assim, a relação custo-benefício é favorável.

ChVM, St Chamond (Loire)

Dans le quartier des Etangs clairs, un bel hôtel.
Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier assez huppé de la capitale russe. L arrêt du tramway 3/39 est à 30 m. En arrivant de l aéroport de Domodedovo par l Aeroexpress, ce tram vous attend devant la gare de Paveletsky. Prévoyez juste l achat du ticket (55 RUB) en gare avant la montée dans le tramway. La place Rouge est à moins de 2 km à pied. Le quartier proche de Chistye Prudy mérite une visite aussi. La chambre double que j occupais était spacieuse. La literie de très bonne tenue. Réception Wi-Fi de tes bon niveau. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable pour peu que l on baragouine quelques mots d anglais comme moi. Avec eux, évitez cependant le comportement du beauf français moyen :votre interlocuteur a souvent un niveau d éducation au moins égal au vôtre! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, normal on est en Russie. Et renouvelé chaque jour. Enfin et ce n est pas le moins important, un café restaurant tenu par Anton, et situe dans l hôtel vous mitonnera les midi et soir de très bons plats du cru. Vous y trouverez les meilleures bières russes en bouteille. Et une biere pression d une brasserie artisanale. A découvrir toutes affaires cessantes!

Bad - Duschkabine ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Schimmelpilzbefall in doch erheblichem Ausmaß. Keine tägliche Reinigung. Frühstücksbuffet gewöhnungsbedürftig und lieblos. Das Hotel ist insgesamt wenig ansprechend.

Bel hotel, un peu à l'écart, calme du coup...
A 30 min environ a pied de la place rouge, 15-20 min du metro; très bon petit déjeuner; snack pour dépanner, bon et pas cher, personnel gentil; grosse chaleur dans les chambres ( comme partout en Russie) mais on peut éteindre les radiateurs...Petite fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains mais rien de grave

Nice and close to everything.
Great breakfast, nice and roomy. Friendly staff. The Reception staff speak English quite well, and helped out with any of our questions. Close to downtown and price was right.
