The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine did not work. U mentioned it to the front desk and she just said thank you for letting us know. When you arrive in the evening, the last thing you want is to not have major appliances not work. No compensation, nothing.

Pool was already closed for the season, even though it was only late August. However, there was a sauna! That's not a common feature, and we do enjoy a sauna. Manager was chatty, engaging, pleased to tell us about her town. Bed was raised for some reason, to a height of 33 inches, which was OK for me, but pretty difficult for my wife. Shampoo was available in the shower, and there was a table that we used for eating and playing cards. Breakfast selections were standard - eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, and waffles - and tasty. Value was very good for the price, especially compared to the rundown Red Lion we had stayed at the previous night.

The tubes faucet actually fell off when I first turned it on, looking at it, it was stripped and you could tell it’s been so for a minute that they tried to fix it with tape it fell on my toe but other than that good space the wifi was a bit slow and would disconnect me a lot from time to time good breakfast if I may add

They refused my 7 month old baby and I a room after a miscommunication on their part cause I had called ahead and asked what I would as this was my first time doing this online trip planner so I had to have someone meet me half to my home which was 5 hrs away I was already not in a good mood having .y baby out late at night then I drive 2 hrs to get the card and another 2 hrs back after driving 5 hrs to get there then she tells me they won't give me a room I was so mad they could have called me and told me I had called them earlier so I know they had my number unacceptable just because I was understandably upset someone should be fired for having my baby sleep in a car after I paid 160 bucks for the room

We got a 2 queen size room, the beds were not queens at all they wwere definitely twins or fulls. We also had left during the day and came back later at night and our fire alarm was beeping as if the battery was dead and the women at the front desk said we had to change it ourselves because there was nobody tall enough working to change it or she offered we wait till the next morning while having to listen to the beeping all night long. We ended up changing it ourselves but we asked if we could get a discount due to the fact that we are changing our own battery and she said you guys prepaid and I don’t have authority to give discount when having a dead fire alarm is a safety hazard overall the hotel is alright but the fact that they wouldn’t do anything about a safety hazard is crazy.

There aren’t a lot of choices in Othello so I hate to complain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in the room smelled very bad and wasn’t plugged in when I arrived. No convenient place to plug it in. The internet connection was spotty. If they have the funds the carpeting really needs to be replaced.
