It's not bad for a one-time experience. It is an okay resort, but you need a car to travel from your closest airport. The pricing for that hotel was super high, considering that it is a third-world country. The room phone was down the whole trip, and it was always challenging to communicate with the staff. The standards for five hotel stars are on point from an amenity perspective, but staff needs to learn how to communicate and follow standards. I had to ask for towels repeatedly and the phone to be repaired. I also got zapped with electricity in the room from the light switch. I paid $630, and the friend paid only 9000 Egyptian pounds, which is equivalent to $189 for the same style room and same time frame. I feel robbed, but oh well

We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff were very nice. However, the hotel could improve by offering more variety and ensuring that the bakery items are fresh daily. A major drawback was the lack of reliable WiFi. Although the hotel claimed it was available in the lobby and other open areas, it rarely worked. While the hotel responded promptly to my requests for repairs, I noticed that when issues were reported by the housekeeping staff, they were often ignored.
