This place sucks. The night clerk booked me the wrong room. Someone tried to come in around 12 at night but I had the deadbolt on. He went to the same lady who check me just a few hours before, who apparently forgot and freaked put by yelling and attempting to unlock the door to my room as well. Then she startes pounding and screaming for me to come out, so I did. She asked for my id while simultaneously telling me to pack my stuff as if i was a squatter. Also, I booked a king, but got 2 full sized beds. She obviously booked the wrong room. I packed my stuff and on my way to the front desk she walks around corner and says nevermind, sorry.
It gets worse.
I booked 3 nights. The next day I go to the front desk clerk who happens to be the manager, and also unhappy, to tell her that I got the wrong room. Left the the fiasco out of it... she says they dont have any kings. I ask if we can cancel the remaining 2 nights then. She agrees, but then argues with expedia and refuses to refund my money.
The room smelled like mildew and the heater was obnoxious with its noises, the customer service sucks
If you are traveling on a budget, dont stay here.
