Exceptionally spacious 4 bedroom villa built of traditional Istrian stone located on a hillside with stunning views over Motovun and the surrounding countryside, private pool. Nicely decorated inside with fully fitted kitchen, separate dining and living room, satellite TV, DVD and music system. WIFI throughout. Lovely spacious house in quiet location
Wonderful and very spacious house in a beautiful rural location. The house was well equipped, the Aircon worked well and the pool was lovely. The house is in a remote location, which was perfect for us - we enjoy getting away from the hustle and bustle. Very close to Motovun which was lots of fun. Property manager was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommended this house.

Der Pool ist nur 4 anstatt 5 Meter breit. Im ganzen Haus kein Besen. Für 8 Personen nur einen Wäscheständer. Beim Handtuch wechsel wurden die Privaten Handtücher mitgenommen. Keine Mückennetzte an den Fensters. WOHNBEREICH UNTEN UNDVOM Parkplatz kein sicherer weg nach unten. Keine

Mooi huis rustig gelegen met panoramisch zicht
Een paar probleempjes maar opgelost. Het huis was meer dan verwacht! Wat we wel niet wisten bij aankomst was dat het laatste stukje weg een grindweg is.

Wir haben genau das gefunden, was wir suchten! Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in der Natur. In einem wunderschönen Haus, in dem (fast) nichts gefehlt hat... Einzig: Eine Dusche im Aussenbereich beim Pool wäre von grossem Vorteil...die haben wir vermisst ! Und dass die Müllcontainer ( mit nicht getrenntem Plastik + Papiermüll ) von Vormietern noch voll waren, viele leere Glasflaschen einfach daneben lagen, fanden wir nicht einladend......geleert wurde im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes nur der Restmüll. Bei unserer Abreise war die Situation immer noch die gleiche..... (wir haben unsere leeren Weinflaschen mit nach Hause genommen) Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir hoffen sehr, dass wir genau DIESES HAUS nächstes Jahr wieder mieten können !! Besten Dank an die Hausbesitzer - sie haben ein Schmuckstück !!

Wundervoll und Atemberaubend
Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) für 11 Tage in der Villa. Es war rund rum ein gelungener Urlaub für alle. Der Pool ist total Klasse! Alle hatten genug Platz im Haus und es war von allem genügend vorhanden. Besonders für die Erwachsenen ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ein Winzer mit Verkostung und kleiner Weinbar! Auch der Ort Motovun (7 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist atemberaubend schön. Viele tolle typische Istrische Lokale mit leckeren Speisen und hervorragenden Weinen! Es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei. Was unbedingt besonders Positiv hervorzuheben ist, ist die faszinierende Sicht auf den Ort Motovun von der Terrasse aus! Wir würden jeder Zeit sehr gerne wieder kommen wollen.

Das Objekt ist herrlich gelegen mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Landschaft und den Hügel von Motovun. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und wird sauber und gepflegt übergeben. Mit der Verwalterin Caroline läuft die Kommunikation reibungslos. Sie kümmert sich sofort um etwaige Anliegen. Unsere Enkelkinder haben den Pool intensiv genutzt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Beautiful stay near Motovun
Very pleasant location with a proper sized house for a reasonable price. Outside of the busy tourist areas with easy access to the great locations of Istria. Great house with a great pool. Perfect for families with kids.
